I’m very excited to announce the publication of my newest piano book, A Jazz-Inspired Christmas. As I wrote in the foreword, “This is the Christmas book I’ve always wanted to write.” What sets this book apart from my other Christmas collections?

1. This book is entirely written in a jazz style.

You’ll find eight creative arrangements, from straight-ahead swing, to a jazz waltz, to lovely ballads and more. As with my other jazzy collections all the improv sections are fully written out.

2. This book includes a CD of me playing the book.

Buy the book and you get a CD for free, which I think is an amazing deal: a book and a CD for $15! A great value in these challenging economic times. But wait, that’s not all!! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.)

3. This book includes the instrumental parts for bass and drums also!

I’ve had previous publishers charge $25 for the other parts for some of my previous books. But not only does the CD contain a recording of me playing the book, it ALSO contains the files to print out the bass and drum parts. Stick the CD in your computer, print them off and you’re ready to form a jazz trio! How awesome is that?
