This is one of the most amazing arrangements of any song.  I loved singing it in the choir at my former church and have been trying to find it for ages!  Thank you.

All of These

Thank you so much for your ministry to people through music. The words to this song, ‘Do Not I Love Thee’, have such a powerful message. May this be our prayer each and every day.

Product Description

This majestic hymn treatment will lend a regal air to your Christmas worship. With a neo-Baroque feel, the trumpet and timpani (included in the anthem) add festivity and formality to the accessible choral and organ parts. The congregation may join in the final stanza for a climactic offering of Christmas worship to the King.

Lyrics

Hail the day of Christ's appearing! Hail the coming of our King!
"To our God be highest glory!" Join and with the angels, sing!
'Though disguised as but an infant, who can fathom God's first breath?
Christ is come to ransom sinners, come to conquer sin and death!

See our God lie in a manger! King of kings in cattle stall
Could this tiny, helpless baby be the one to save us all?
'Though disguised as but an infant, all the powers of darkness fear
For they see a new Light shining, our Redeemer, Christ is here!

Hail the day of Christ's appearing! Hail the coming of our King!
"To our God be highest glory!" We now with the angels, sing!
'Though He came as but an infant, one day He shall come on high
Hail the day when we shall meet Him at life's end of in the sky!
