Testimonials

What a blessing you have been for my jazz studies/playing, my music ministry and my music school. Every year we hold a 'Jazz Hymn Fest.' We have students from 10 to 15 years of age (classical musician, reading and playing your arrangements (Fun stuff). You helped me discover Latin Jazz playing one of your Latin jazz arrangement "Joyful, Jofyul, We Adore Thee." I just discovered this website and your salsa collection, especially your G major "I Sing the Mighty Power of God." I never thought one could reharmonize hymns using Latin Jazz. Never crossed my mind.

Your arrangements are undoubtedly one of a kind.  I have played two selections ( Near to the Heart of God, and I Must Tell Jesus.)  at St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Raytown, Mo. and get nothing but praise.  I have to confess to people they are indeed by Craig Curry.  I have a jazz background and also play by ear and theses arrangements often reinforce many techniques I have been using, but more importantly constantly teach me others.  My reading skills are rapidly improving and I am on the edge of my seat to anticipate the next page and book.  You are an inspiration.  I would love to see you perform or met you in person at some time if you are ever in the Kansas City area.  Sincerely,  Ron Stockton.

What fabulous arrangements wish there was a CD to go along with it.  God, Bless.
